Ages 60+ are fine-free on all materials except for new books and DVDs. Standard fines apply.
Lost or replacement cards cost $1.
What happens when your items are…
Due in 3 days: A courtesy reminder notice email is attempted.
7 days past due: A courtesy reminder notice is mailed to your home or email notification is attempted, fines are applied.
21 days past due: A final notice is mailed to your home or email notification is attempted, fines are applied.
45 Days past due: Your borrowing privileges are suspended and a bill is mailed. Maximum overdue fines as well as the cost of materials are charged to you. Unpaid fines remain on your account even if materials are returned.
60 days Uncollected Bills: Outstanding billed materials or fine accounts of $5 or more are referred to Unique Management Services. A $10 fee is applied to bills greater than $25 and $5 fee applied to bills less than $25.
